This month's circle is at a private residence in the east side of Costa Mesa. The address will be given upon receipt of payment to reserve your space prior to the gathering.

DESCRIPTION

In a small group of 6-8 trusting, open-hearted others like you, I'll be compassionately and intuitively guiding you in a unique, organic flow of conversation, writing, connecting, remembering, expressing, and embodiment activities.

You may have felt it uncomfortable, time consuming, or pointless to be in full Presence, for yourself, for someone, or for something.

In this trust circle, we discover what Presence really means, what it feels like, and what ease, healing, and miracles come from it. You won't fall apart. You won't be shamed. You won't be alone.  You'll be in a sacred, loving, safe space called Presence.  I'll be there for you. Will you be there for you?

EXPLANATION
You - We have been taught that you need to keep yourself busy...  to do, to accomplish, to give, to go, to talk, to move, to try, to plan, to handle...  to flee, to freeze, to fight, to resist, to remain strong, to control, to armor.

There are so many reasons you - we do this.  There is no shame or blame in it.  But, it's not working anymore.  It hasn't worked in a long time.  And you - we are feeling that.  We are seeing what happens in our bodies, in our families, in our work, in our relationships, in our mental and emotional health, in our world. 

Peace is accessible to all of us... not out there, not in another, not in the world...
but a natural state of our beingness that arrives when we are Present with ourselves.
It's who and what we are at a core, energetic, elemental beingness.
We've just been pulled away from it, taught to believe it's something outside of us, unobtainable.
 

But that's not the truth. You've just been disconnected from the truth and don't remember how to get back.

I am inviting you to remember how to get back.
